Education is not a protocol. Coaching is not a roster promise. In an emergency, call 911.

01
Not legal advice
This page is a plain-language notice for visitors. It is not a waiver, insurance policy, or legal advice. In-person courses and training may use additional forms. If something here and those forms differ, the signed forms control.
02
Emergencies
If someone is unresponsive, not breathing normally, or you believe it is an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). Do not use this website, the blog, or a message to the office instead of emergency services.
03
Healthcare education is not medical care
Classes and blog posts are education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for a physician, your employer’s protocols, or medical direction. Completing a course does not authorize you to practice medicine or EMS. Follow your license, your medical director, and the law.
04
Course completion cards
American Heart Association, AAP, NAEMT, and similar names are trademarks of their owners. Wystepek Ventures, LLC is an independent company. When a course uses those curricula, any card or completion document follows that organization’s rules — including skills testing. The American Heart Association verifies skills at the time of successful course completion; it does not certify a person to perform CPR or advanced care in every setting. Listing a course on this site does not guarantee a seat, a date, or a card.
05
Blog and current events
Journal articles are general commentary on education and athletics. They may be drafted with assistance from scheduled writing tools and then published on this site. They are not protocols, standing orders, or a substitute for the current instructor materials. Sources are listed on each post. If a credentialing body changes a guideline, the classroom materials control — not a blog post.
06
Athlete training
Soccer and basketball sessions are skill instruction for ages 12 and up. They do not guarantee playing time, a roster spot, a college offer, or a scholarship. Sport has inherent risk of injury. A parent or guardian must arrange training for a minor. Medical clearance is your responsibility. Accounts on this website are for people 13 or older; a 12-year-old does not create the login.
07
Testimonials
Ratings and comments are individual opinions. They are not a promise that you will have the same experience or result.
