Who we are
This notice is for the Wystepek Ventures, LLC website, operated by Michael Wystepek from 175 Warchol Road, Vanderbilt, PA 15486. Training covers healthcare education and athlete development. Questions: (724) 317-4367, or the contact page.

What this site collects
If you only browse, we see ordinary technical data the browser sends (pages viewed, rough location from the network, device type). We do not sell that. If you create an account, we keep the name and email you give us, or the name and email your Google or X account shares when you sign in that way. If you post a review, we keep your display name, star rating, comment, the time it was posted, and a link to your account so only you can remove it. If you attach a short video, we store that file with the review. Reviews and video testimonials are public. The contact form is for arranging a course or a session. Name, email, interest, and message are stored so we can reply. They are not public and they are not attached to a review account. Use the phone number for anything urgent. We do not keep those messages in your browser.

How we use it
Account data is used to sign you in and to tie reviews to the person who wrote them. Public reviews help other visitors decide on a course or a session. We may contact you about an inquiry you started. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your reviews to advertise for other companies.

Who else sees it
Reviews are visible to anyone on the site. Sign-in with Google or X is handled by those providers under their own policies. The published site stores account and review records in a hosted database so they persist. We do not share your email on the public review list.

How long we keep it
A review stays until you remove it, or until we remove it because it breaks the terms (abuse, spam, or someone else’s private information). Account records stay while the account is open. You can ask us to close an account by calling or using the contact page.

Your choices
You can sign out from the header. You can remove a review you posted. You can use the site without an account if you do not need to comment. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at (724) 317-4367.

Cookies
We use essential cookies (and, in the live preview, an equivalent sign-in token) so a signed-in session stays signed in. Those are required for accounts and reviews. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run a third-party ad network. A cookie notice appears until you choose OK. That choice is remembered on this device. You can still read the site if you ignore the notice; signing in will still use an essential session cookie.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect account data from them. Athlete training is offered to ages 12 and up; a parent or guardian arranges it by phone or in person. A child does not create the account.

Security
We require a signed-in account to post, limit how often an account can comment, and send standard browser protections. Details are on the Security page. No website is perfectly secure. Do not send medical records, payment card numbers, or passwords through reviews or the contact form.

Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means the new notice applies.
