The agreement
These terms govern use of the Wystepek Ventures, LLC website. Wystepek Ventures, LLC is operated by Michael Wystepek, 175 Warchol Road, Vanderbilt, PA 15486. By using the site, creating an account, or posting a review, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy notice.

The site
The site describes healthcare education and athlete development, lets you inquire about courses and sessions, and hosts public reviews. Listing a course does not guarantee a seat, a date, or a credential. Scheduling is confirmed in person or by phone.

Healthcare education
Courses (including CPR, ACLS, PALS, and related classes) are educational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for your employer’s protocols or for a physician. In an emergency, call 911. Certification or course-completion cards, if issued, follow the rules of the credentialing body (for example the American Heart Association). Those organizations’ names are their trademarks; Wystepek Ventures, LLC is independent. Passing a class here does not by itself authorize you to practice medicine or EMS.

Athlete training
Coaching is skill work for athletes ages 12 and up. It does not guarantee playing time, a roster spot, a college offer, or a scholarship. Sport has inherent risk of injury. You (or a parent or guardian, if the athlete is a minor) are responsible for medical clearance and for deciding whether to participate. A website account must be held by someone 13 or older.

Blog
Journal articles are general education and commentary. They may be prepared with writing assistance. They are not medical advice, not athletic guarantees, and not a substitute for current course materials.

Reviews are individual opinions, not a typical-result claim.

Accounts and reviews
You must be 13 or older to create an account. Keep your password to yourself. Reviews must be your honest experience. Do not post someone else’s private information, spam, threats, or medical claims about a person. We may remove a review or close an account that breaks these terms. You may remove your own review from the Reviews page while signed in.

Your content
You keep ownership of the words you post. You give Wystepek Ventures, LLC a non-exclusive right to display that review on this site. Do not post material you do not have the right to share.

Our content
The name, layout, photography, and copy on this site belong to Wystepek Ventures, LLC unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy the site for a competing service. You may link to public pages.

No professional warranty
The site is provided as-is. We work carefully, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that a particular outcome will follow from a course or a session, or that information on the site is complete for your situation. To the extent Pennsylvania law allows, Wystepek Ventures, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be handled in the state courts of Fayette County, Pennsylvania, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site and close your account.
